The time you choose when booking is your ARRIVAL SLOT (10am-12.30pm or 12.30pm-2.30pm).  You can arrive at any time within your chosen slot but please do not arrive earlier

The facilities will open at 10am and close by 4pm

Tickets should be booked online in advance & are available to book right up to the session start time (subject to availability).  Walk ups are available subject to availability on the day.  Please check online for up-to-date availability

Only those with tickets will be admitted to the attraction and allowed to use the facilities & activities - wristbands will be issued to identify ticket holders.  No ticket = no entry

Shelley Station will NOT be open & train rides will only go as far as Cuckoo's Nest

Annual Passes ARE valid for these sessions but you will need to book in advance

All bookings attract a £1.80 booking fee
