Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged unless Whistlestop Valley cancels a session

Tickets may be transferred to other dates/times so long as we are notified by email (info@whistlestopvalley.co.uk ) at least 48 hours before you are due to visit. A £3 admin fee is applicable for ALL changes or amendments

A £1.80 booking fee is applicable per transaction (not per ticket)

Visitors will be required to show their order confirmation to our staff at the attraction's entrance. Confirmation can be printed out on paper or shown on a smartphone/tablet. Failure to show this could result in you being charged again

If you miss your arrival slot for whatever reason, we will try our best to accommodate you in a later slot that day. However, this cannot be guaranteed and no refunds will be issued if a visitor fails to make their allocated timeslot

Complimentary Ticket Holders / Ticket Offers / Vouchers Holders
If you wish to use a complimentary ticket, pass, voucher or offer you have received, you will need to contact Whistlestop Valley at info@whistlestopvalley.co.uk to make a booking at least 48 hours in advance, or follow the instructions for online booking found on some tickets/vouchers.
When doing so, you will need to provide the details found on the voucher, so please have this handy when booking. Without it, we will be unable to make a booking for you. Please note you will also be required to hand the voucher into the Ticket Office on the day of your visit. We regret that bookings will be subject to availability.
MAX CARDS and CARER discounts are not valid for Little Adventure tickets.
