Complimentary Ticket Holders / Ticket Offers / Vouchers Holders

If you wish to use a complimentary ticket, pass, voucher or offer you have received, you will need to contact the railway at info@whistlestopvalley.co.uk to make a reservation at least 48 hours in advance, or follow the instructions for online booking found on some tickets/vouchers.

When doing so, you will need to provide the details found on the voucher, so please have this handy when booking. Without it, we will be unable to make a booking for you. Please note you will also be required to hand the voucher into the Ticket Office on the day of your visit.  We regret that bookings will be subject to availability.

GROUPON vouchers are not valid for Little Adventure tickets.

MAX CARDS are not valid for Little Adventure tickets.

COVID Measures

Although no longer mandatory, we strongly suggest all visitors over the age of 11 wear a face mask/covering when inside our station facilities (unless they have a valid exemption or are eating/drinking). This is purely an added safety precaution until the UK is fully vaccinated and we have learned to live with COVID-19 as a matter of daily life. Please remember that we are a family attraction & offensive face masks will not be tolerated.

Although social contact limits have been eased, we strongly suggest that visitors sit only with their visitor group.  We kindly request that you do not sit with people who are not part of your visitor group.

We strongly suggest that visitors use the hand sanitiser provided at regular intervals and continue to wash their hands regularly.
