Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless the event is cancelled by Whistlestop Valley.  

If an event goes ahead as scheduled but a ticket holder is unable to attend/use their tickets for whatever reason, no refund will be given.

If you find yourself unable to travel due to illness, please email us at least 48 hours before your visit and we can offer you some options.  After that cut-off time, we regret that we will be unable to offer you any alternatives.

Whistlestop Valley will do its best to operate the advertised event. 

Should the Whistlestop Valley cancel an advertised event, tickets may be transferred to an alternative date of the same price (subject to availability) or a full refund may be given.
