Children's Parties
Parties can be booked on most Saturdays and Sundays (Feb-Nov) but not on special event days
Please email our team at info@whistlestopvalley.co.uk to check availability. If the booking is made over the weekend, the party will be processed the next week.

2026 Prices
The cost of a party is £200 for the minimum amount of children (10) any additional child is charged at £22.95 per child
(minimum 10 children, maximum 20 children). If you're planning a birthday party with more than 20 guests (including adults), please reach out via email at info@whistlestopvalley.co.uk.

Extra food choices can be added at a cost of £2 per item per head (so for a party of 10 children, each additional item of food would cost £20).

2026 Terms & Conditions
Extra food choices can be added at a cost of £2 per item per head (so for a party of 10 children, each additional item of food would cost £20)
A £200 deposit is required at time of booking.
Final numbers and food choices are required at least 10 days in advance, these numbers cannot be altered 7 days before the party is due to take place.
The additional balance of the party (if applicable) is to be settled via telephone payment 7 days before the date of the party.
If a party is cancelled by the person making the booking up to seven days before the date of the party, £150 of the deposit is refundable but £50 is not refundable.
If a party is cancelled by the person making the booking in the seven days immediately before the date of the party, the full £200 deposit is not refundable. If a party is cancelled due to illness, we will try our best to transfer to an alternative date.
Under 2's not taking part in the party are free but must be added to the booking.
