COVID Measures

Although no longer mandatory, we strongly suggest all visitors over the age of 11 wear a face mask/covering when on our trains and inside our station facilities (unless they have a valid exemption or are eating/drinking). This is purely an added safety precaution until the UK is fully vaccinated and we have learned to live with COVID-19 as a matter of daily life. Please remember that we are a family attraction & offensive face masks will not be tolerated.

Although social contact limits have been eased, we strongly suggest that visitors sit only with their visitor group. We kindly request that you do not sit in a carriage with people you are not visiting with.

We strongly suggest that visitors keep the carriage windows open when travelling on our trains to allow for a flow of fresh air, the hand sanitiser provided at regular intervals and continue to wash their hands regularly.
